Addendums to the REPC

If there are any special clauses or conditions which need to be added to transaction, there will likely be an addendum which has been prepared by your agent’s attorney or the Division of Real Estate.  These include addendums for and FHA/VA sale, if a survey is being conducted, if there is any seller financing, lead paint if built prior to 1978, contingent on finding a new home, etc.
